Replaced a previous model Yamaha receiver that gave up after 9 years of use. Loved that unit, and love this one. Bluetooth and wireless are nice additions.

Would not recommend unless you like frills better than sound quality.

Looks cool, lots of frills and options. Remote works well.

Sounds very tinny when playing music. Sounds like an am radio even on pure direct. Hard to read button names on remote.

Almost perfect

 

I'd give it 5 stars if not for the bad input. As a casual user that expects things to just work, this covers it and adds some flexibility if needed.

6 HDMI inputs, comes with the Bluetooth adapter which makes it very simple for anyone to pair their phone with to play music. All the features seem to work very well. Love the APP.

HDMI 2 input is faulty causing video to cut out for about 5 seconds at a time. It usually happens about once every minute but sometimes less than once an hour. I purchased this during a home remodel so I'm beyond the 30 days and just now finding this...

Fantastic Receiver

 

I love this machine. The sound is beautiful and can be tweaked at will. I set it up within half an hour and I am not a techie. I would recommend this receiver to anyone.
