Designed for the Mac. Fast for a portable scanner. 20-page ADF. Duplex scanning. Can run from AC or battery power. Nearly matched rated speed for USB-powered scans.

Subpar OCR performance. Scan times under AC power were well below its rated speed.

There's a wide choice of document scanners at this price. Though capable, the ScanMate i940 isn't the best

Putting our initial issues aside this is a capable scanner that produces good images quickly. However, the Canon ImageFormula P-215 comes with superior software, feels better made and matches the Kodak for speed and quality. It's a better choice.

Don't bother

 

I packed it right back up and sent it back. IF you want a good business scanner stick with the Fijitsu Scanners... they DO support Evernote and will make your documents searchable... awesome!! Guess what I'm ordering? Certainly won't ever be Kodak junk...

There are none.. it just scans. That is the ONLY pro

After you install their software within it you can clearly upload your scans to Evernote... well wait no you can't. I could not get it to work... so I emailed Kodak.. and I called Kodak... and I emailed them again... FINALLY got an email back saying...
