H-P's "technical support" is ABOMINABLE. As mentioned above, I had to deal with FOUR agents, and each time I had to describe my problem all over again. I repeatedly asked for a case number, but I never was given one, just quickly transferred back into...

The keyboard on the base unit began malfunctiong in less than two weeks after receiving the tablet. Keys would get stuck, and only rebooting the system would solve the problem. Striking a key once would result in the character being added 2 or 3 times....
