The only fault I can find so far, is that the telescopic tube is a little difficult to attach to the suction hose and requires a bit of strength. Therefore I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to people with weak hands or wrists.

Miele products are more expensive than some other manufacturers, but you really do get what you pay for.

It does just what it should do, picks up animal hair and makes the carpets look like new again and is very good on hard floors
