Bose SoundLink Around-Ear Bluetooth Headphones (review): Suprisingly good Bluetooth headphones

 

Despite a few question marks and a high price, the Bose SoundLink Around-Ear Bluetooth Headphones a very good-sounding Bluetooth pair that's lightweight and very comfortable to wear.

The ; offer very good sound for Bluetooth, and they're arguably the most comfortable over-the-ear Bluetooth model. The control module is also well designed, with well-placed buttons that can be operated easily by feel alone.

Pretty pricey; protruding Bluetooth module looks a little strange; volume may not be loud enough for some people, depending on device used and type of file played.

Despite a few question marks and a high price, the Bose SoundLink Around-Ear Bluetooth Headphones are a very good-sounding Bluetooth pair that's lightweight and very comfortable to wear.

I think these sound great for the money, they even sound better than the new AE2 model to me. I owned these for a few years and they never broke like everyone else was saying.

Comfortable fit, good sound

Cord is about 2 feet too long, I almost trip on it when walking. The part that sits on top of your head could use more padding. Not the most stylish looking headphones

Musical Earmuffs

 

Decent sound quality, and handles the elements fairly well, almost made it through all 4 years of college in Minnesota with me using them on my way to class for both music and earmuffs

The cord connection at the ear is a bit weak, and where mine finally gave out (leaving me with a single working side), and the cup isn't quite large enough to cover my ear fully ; The lack of folding as offered on some other headphones also makes these...

Great sound you'd expect from BOSE

The materials that make up the headphones are horrible. I've owned 3 pairs now. Both broke in the same order; the material that wrap the cushions both came apart after 6months and the plastic snapped

Great Sound

 

C'mon Bose. I know you know that these are a cheap build, yet the design has stayed the same for years. Do you not care about product quality? I commend you for your sound expertise, but it seems like you are counting on these cans to break.

Incredibly cheap build. I bought these headphones twice, and they both broke in under a year. I wasn't going to buy them again. My friend bought a pair cause he liked the sound too. His broke also

People say the headphones seem to break after a year and I see no problem with that. The components within the headphones start to wear and break down after a year. Then sound quality will decrease. It also depends how much you use your headphones. I...

The sound is very clear ; Though they aren't noise canceling headphones they do a good job at keeping outside noises at bay

This may or may not be a con but they don't feel durable but at the same time they are lightweight
