Top Shelf Broke after 1 year of use

 

The top shelf of the fridge broke while we were out one day. There was hardly any weight on the shelf. Just a few jars and sauce bottles. I lodged a warranty call with LG and they have been very slow in providing answers and assistance. Very poor service.

Great fridge very quiet and roomy no loud noises coming from the compressor work well keeps everything cold or frozen as required.The only little thing is the vege chrisper at the botton is a bit hard to pull right out but we can live with that.We...
