Left Hanging

 

My microwave is 2 years + a few months old and it stopped heating. I called the 800 number and was told it most likely is the MAGNETRON. This is very disappointing. My previous microwave was nearly 30 years old, never a service call and still working...

best purchase Value in my kitchen

 

I also purchased the optional trim kit - so I could install it in a cabnet. I couldn't believe how easy it was to install with the trim kit. It looks great and works great but what I really like is that the interior is rounded so it is easy to clean!...

Nice replacement

 

I purchased the product after Thanksgiving 2009. It arrived almost a month later with a $50+ shipping charge. The product installed perfectly to replace an old microwave.
