Compact. Has 9 programmable one-touch scan profiles. Good OCR performance in grayscale mode.

Giant Disapointment

If and it's a big if, you can get it to work it has awesome feature that even a half wit can operate it.

I wish i could give it less than one egg. I ended up returning it. I blame the geek who wrote the drivers. It will work on and older machine it seems to have hardware con-flicks with a newer machine when I talked to Zerox they blamed it on window!

Happy with the Scanner

We scan several hundred documents a month on this scanner and it works well.

Duplex Ease of Use

Had one issue on initial setup but was resolved quickly.

Misfeeds ALL the time

If you have no respect for your time or mental state, perhaps this could be a decent scanner as long as nothing is longer than 5 pages. It's a shame the paper handling is so poor because it is able to make high quality images. If you believe your time...

Cheap I guess? Software is ok, images well when it works.

Where to begin? If you try to scan more than 5 pages at a time, there will be at least one misfeed so count pages before scanning anything. The first one I got burned out one LED in 10 months and less than 2,000 pages scanned. Xerox replaced with a...
