Temperature control. Non-stick grill removes for easy cleaning! Glass dome lid, seals in heat/moisture.

Great little grill

 

GREAT for steaks and burgers. Large enough for two, but still relatively compact

It is not self-cleaning. But I know people who aren't, either!No real problems.
