Ease of set up.  Fast brewing cycle.  Brew two different beverages simultaneously.  And More!

I thought I'd miss a timer/clock function.  I don't!  Brew's under 5 minutes!

look for something better

 

The unit looks very nice, and works fine when you brew only one cup. But this special "coffee for two" maker has problems brewing two cups! When you fill the reservoir to make two full cups the left side overflows and the right side ends up only half...

Everything is great, except the taste of the coffee.

 

We LOVE Gevalia coffee; we've been customers for a very long time, so this review is not a slam on Gevalia Coffee itself. And please understand that we are super-coffee-snobs; we know how to choose/grind/make good coffee.

Convenience, integrated mugs, takes up less space

Makes horrible-tasting coffee, no matter what brand is used
