The pop-up selfie camera on this phone is pure magic

The Vivo Nex's no-notch screen is pure magic.

Using the Vivo Nex's full, no-notch screen is an unparalleled experience and performance is as smooth as butter. The pop-up camera works pretty well, too.

Its copycat iPhone X gestures are unwieldy and hard to use. It feels heavy.

The Vivo Nex's clever engineering and fantastic notch-free screen serve as a model for other phones. But good luck finding it outside of Asia, India and Russia.

No wireless charging ; No microSD, but you probably won’t need it

The Vivo Nex does a lot differently, and it’s an exciting looking phone for that reason. It’s currently only confirmed to be available in China, but if it launches around the rest of the world it will be big competition for the likes of Samsung and Apple.

When Vivo with a front-facing camera that pops out from inside the device when you need it and hides when you don't, the company called it a concept device.

While Vivo is one of the world’s top 5 smartphone makers, the company does most of its business in India and its home country of China, and there’s no word on if or when we’ll see the NEX in other markets.

Vivo Nex: Un celular 'todo pantalla' que nos da un vistazo al futuro

El Vivo Nex es un celular Android que elimina la ceja para ofrecer 'solo pantalla' en la parte frontal, con una cámara frontal oculta y un lector de huellas integrado a la pantalla. Es prácticamente un sueño hecho realidad.

El ; es un hermoso celular que no tiene ceja y su parte frontal es prácticamente solo pantalla. Tiene un excelente desempeño, tiene lector de huellas en la pantalla y su cámara frontal escondida es ingeniosa y funciona bien.

El celular es demasiado grande para algunos y su lector de huellas integrado en la pantalla tiene un área muy pequeña para reconocer el dedo, así que requiere siempre de precisión. No es resistente al agua, no tiene NFC y no tiene ranura para tarjeta...

El Vivo Nex es prácticamente un celular traído del futuro, con buena ingeniería y un diseño hermoso que lo hacen sobresalir. Pero necesitas suerte para poderlo comprar afuera de Asia y Rusia.
