Since the second month we owned it we've had to run clothes twice through the drying cycle to get them dry - one cycle takes at least two hours. In the start of the fifth month of ownership it stopped heating, resetting the thermostat didn't help....

Motor ceased within 3 months of owning it, not worth getting repaired. Don't bother wasting your money and get a reputable brand.

I bought PYE dryer a couple of months ago. I have to reset the thermostat every time in use it. It has sharp edges in it the catch the clothes and grease stain them. It is a load of rubbish.

I purchased this in May 2013, lasted 11 months, didn't get it to the service centre in time, and GAF control will not fix under warranty. will never buy a product from this company again.
